The timber used for our wooden decks is kiln dried to stabilize the moisture content and to ensure that there is no sap remaining in the timber. Timber decking supplied by Singletitle Investments is available in the following species
Zimbabwe Teak, Rhodesian teak Balau, Saligna Grappa and many other species that are available on request. All our wooden deck structures are constructed using CCA treated pine and gum poles.
